How does the shuttle work?
A shared shuttle van between the lot and the venue, priced per person — we take you to the venue and bring you back. The times, pickup points and how the return is organised are confirmed closer to the event; once we know the number of people, we send the details to everyone who booked.
What if I run late?
No worries — you can arrive whenever. The lot stays open throughout the night, before, during and after the show. Your booking is held even if you arrive mid-set.
How do I pay?
You pay on arrival at the park — cash, MBWay or card. VAT number is optional; ask for an invoice on the spot if you need one. The online booking just locks your spot.
Can I cancel?
Yes — cancellation is always free, anytime, no questions asked. Use the link in your confirmation email or message us on WhatsApp. Since you pay on arrival, there's nothing to refund.
Do you take motorbikes or campervans?
For this event we only accept passenger cars. Motorbikes, campervans and commercial vehicles aren't supported.
