These terms govern the use of the parking service (and optional transfer) for the event, provided by Check-in Park. By submitting a booking on this site, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
Scope of service
The service provides a private, monitored parking space for your light vehicle on the day(s) of the event (20, 21, 27 and 28 Jun), with an optional transfer to the venue.
Service is exclusive to light vehicles — no motorcycles, no motorhomes, no trailers.
Booking
- Bookings are placed online, no account needed.
- Upon submitting and receiving a confirmation email with a booking ID, your spot is guaranteed.
- One booking = one vehicle, one night.
- If the licence plate is unknown (rental car), you may book with «to be defined» and update it via /gerir up to 24h before the event.
- No advance payment is taken.
Pricing
- Parking: from €15 per vehicle, per night.
- Transfer (optional): add-on services — a shared shuttle (per person) or a private transfer (per vehicle) — stack on top of the parking base. The exact amount is shown in the form before you confirm.
No hidden fees. Invoice with Tax ID available on request on arrival (same amount).
Prices include VAT at the legal rate.
Payment
- Payment is taken on arrival.
- We accept: cash, MBWay, and card (debit/credit) via terminal.
- No card data is stored on our side — the terminal processes directly with the bank.
Cancellation
Cancellation is always free.
No-show
If you don't show up, there is no charge or penalty. We do appreciate a heads-up so we can free the spot.
Event postponed or cancelled
If the event is postponed, bookings carry over automatically to the new date. If the new date does not work for you, you can cancel at no cost. If the event is definitively cancelled, bookings are cancelled automatically with no cost on either side.
Sold out
If capacity is reached, we switch on a «SOLD OUT» flag and stop accepting new bookings. Existing confirmed bookings remain 100% valid. The same may apply separately to the transfer.
How the transfer works
- Transfer between the parking lot and the venue, depending on the service chosen (shared shuttle or private transfer).
- On-demand: arrange it with the operator (+351 915 489 501) when you are ready to leave the lot, and again when you want to return from the venue.
- Operating window approx.: 13:00 — 02:00 (03:00 on 27 June).
- The transfer amount is shown in the form before you confirm.
- Subject to traffic on event day — allow time.
Liability
Check-in Park holds civil liability insurance for the parking activity.
- We are liable for damages directly caused by our activity, within the insurance limits.
- We are not liable for damages caused by third parties, natural events, or objects left visible in the vehicle.
- Customers are responsible for following road rules at entry/exit and operator instructions.
- Check-in Park is not affiliated with the artist, promoter or event organisation.
Acceptance
By submitting a booking you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Lisbon courts, with express waiver of any other.
