Shuttle & transfer
How does the shuttle work?
A shared shuttle van between the lot and the venue. On the way out you leave when you are ready; the return runs at agreed times — see your confirmation email. Priced per person.
What about the return shuttle?
When the concert ends, call +351 915 489 501 and the van picks you up at the agreed pickup zone. No queue, no group wait — we fetch whoever calls. There's no time limit; we stay until the last customer leaves.
What services do you offer for the concert?
Three options, all with your car kept at our lot: parking only (you make your own way), shared shuttle (per person, we drive you to the venue and back) and private transfer (a car or van just for your group, with a driver).
What is the private transfer?
A dedicated driver just for your group, in a car (up to 4) or van (up to 8). You agree a departure and return time (±30 min) and we take you to the venue and back to the lot — no waiting, no sharing.
Where do I meet you for the ride back?
At the same spot where we dropped you — no confusion. For the shuttle, departures from the venue are staged through closing time; for the private transfer your driver waits at the agreed time.
Is it really worth booking? Aren’t there Ubers or taxis at the end?
It is. With tens of thousands leaving at once, Ubers, Bolts and taxis become effectively unavailable (or hugely surged). With your booking you get a guaranteed ride back and leave stress-free.
Payment & booking
How do I pay?
You pay on the way out — cash, MBWay or card. VAT number is optional; ask for an invoice on the spot if you need one. The online booking just locks your spot.
Can I cancel?
Yes — cancellation is always free, anytime, no questions asked. Use the link in your confirmation email or message us on WhatsApp. Since you pay on arrival, there's nothing to refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
On arrival we accept cash, MBWay and card (Visa / Mastercard / Multibanco). We never store card details — the terminal goes straight to the bank.
Can I request a VAT invoice?
Yes. Provide your VAT number on arrival before paying and we issue the invoice on the spot. For companies, you can request invoices with VAT and address — let us know via WhatsApp before the concert.
What if I want to change the date?
For concerts by the same artist, you can change the date from your booking link up to 24h before. To switch to a different event (different artist), cancel this booking (free) and create a new one.
Do I have to pay now to book?
No. It’s just an online booking — you pay on arrival/exit at the lot (card, MB WAY or cash). No upfront payment.
Vehicles
Do you take motorbikes or campervans?
For this event we only accept passenger cars. Motorbikes, campervans and commercial vehicles aren't supported.
What if I don't know the licence plate yet (rental car)?
Book with «to be defined» and update the plate any time up to 24h before the concert. Once you have the car, return to your booking link and enter the real plate.
Can I book multiple cars?
Yes — a single booking can include up to 4 cars. Total price is number of cars × plan price. Each car has its own plate and you settle one combined payment on arrival.
Access & security
What if I run late?
No worries — you can arrive whenever. The lot stays open throughout the night, before, during and after the show. Your booking is held even if you arrive mid-set.
Where's the lot?
Near Lisbon Airport, with great access to the venue. The exact address arrives in the confirmation email as soon as you book.
What time should I arrive?
There's no rigid window — you can arrive any time from 1 PM on concert day. We recommend arriving 60-90 minutes before doors if you want a stress-free shuttle ride. The lot is always operational.
Is the lot secure?
Yes — fenced, lit and monitored, with 24/7 CCTV and on-site staff on event day. We've been operating for over a decade with thousands of cars served. We're not liable for valuables left in plain sight inside the car.
Is the lot wheelchair-accessible?
Yes. Reserved accessible spaces on arrival — message us via WhatsApp before the concert and we guarantee a spot near the pickup zone. The shuttle fits a folding wheelchair; for specific needs, contact us beforehand to confirm.
